We just discovered a fantastic product that we wanted to bring to the attention of our culinary readers, Salute Sante! Grapeseed Oil. It was quick to become the oil of choice for chefs across the country and the product is now available for sale locally. With a laundry list of chefs heaping on praise including Chef Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin (New York City), Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai (Iron Chef French) and Executive Chef Peter Pahk of Silverado Resort (Napa Valley) it makes sense that the product now be available in one of the country's emerging culinary centers, Las Vegas.
