Heart Healthy Recipes using Grapeseed Oil

On the Side

Olive Paste

1/2 lb. Kalamata Olives, pitted
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup Salute Santé! Grapeseed Oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree for 2 minutes.  Serve as an appetizer on bread or over pasta.

Makes 3/4 cup of olive paste.
