Herb Roasted Potatoes
5 medium potatoes
1 Tbsp. dried thyme leaves
3 Tbsp. Salute Santé! Chili Grapeseed Oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425˚F (400˚F convection).Cut potatoes into quarters. Slice them into thin slices. Place sliced potatoes on foil wrapped baking sheet. Drizzle with Salute Santé! Chili Grapeseed Oil. Sprinkle with thyme leaves, salt and pepper. Toss together. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes have a nice golden color. Toss every 10 minutes until done.
Serves four as a side dish.
