This balsamic vinaigrette is a house staple of ours and a favorite of all who taste it! It’s so simple to make and only takes a few ingredients. Whip it together right before serving and save what you don’t finish in the fridge for up to a week.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Salute Santé! Original Grapeseed Oil
1/3 cup Salute Santé! Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1 Clove garlic, minced or
1 Tbsp Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
sea salt & pepper to taste

RECIPE NOTES

Salute Santé! Merlot Grapeseed Oil can be substituted for Original Grapeseed Oil for a fuller flavor profile.
Optional: Add sliced beets, chopped persimmon, walnuts, grains, and chevre cheese to salad.

Keeps up to one week in refrigerator.

DIRECTIONS

1. Shake all ingredient together in a mason jar until combined.

Serve over sliced avocado, fresh salad greens, or grains.
