The bright orange and red flowers make for a gorgeous dinner table center piece. Great for bringing to a dinner party.

INGREDIENTS

SALAD:
1 head mixed greens
1/2 cup nasturtium flowers
1/4 cup pansies
6 white button mushrooms
TARRAGON VINAIGRETTE:
1/2 cup fresh tarragon leaves
3/4 cup Salute Santé! Grapeseed Oil
3 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp raw sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

RECIPE NOTES

DIRECTIONS

PREPARE SALAD:
1. Wash all ingredients and dry.
2. Toss all greens together.
3. Arrange flowers to create a beautiful look.
4. Dress individual servings on plates.

PREPARE TARRAGON VINAIGRETTE:
1. Whisk together the Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar.
2. Slowly add the Original Grapeseed Oil while whisking until thick.
3. Add chopped tarragon leaves.
