Balsamic Marinated Avocado

Marinated avocados are great for a quick and healthy snack. We also serve this dish as an appetizer. The balsamic dressing adds the perfect tang to the buttery avocado.

INGREDIENTS

AVOCADO & BAGUETTE:
1 avocado(s)
1 baguette
BALSAMIC DRESSING:
Balsamic Dressing:
1/2 Cup Salute Santé! Grapeseed Oil
3 Tbls Salute Santé! Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbls honey
1 Clove garlic, minced
sea salt & pepper to taste

RECIPE NOTES

DIRECTIONS

AVOCADO PREPARATION:
1. Cut avocados in half.
2. Place the avocado cut side down onto a serving plate.
3. Slice into the avocado, gently holding while cutting thin slices down the length of the avocado.
4. Gently press down to fan out the avocado slices.

BALSAMIC DRESSING:
1. Shake all ingredient together in mason jar.
2. Pour Balsamic dressing over sliced avocado.

Serve with a sliced baguette.
