2 cups flour
1/4 cup of grapeseed flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. Chili grapeseed oil
Best to mix in a Kitchen Aid mixer for uniform smoothness.
1. Heat the waffle iron
2. Whisk the flour, 1/4 cup grapeseed flour, milk, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese, 3 tbsp chili grapeseed oil until smooth.
3. Pour half of the batter onto the waffle iron.
4. Cook 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
5. Serve with maple syrup and some shredded cheese on top.
