1 Tbsp Salute Santé! Original Grapeseed Oil
1 Tbsp milk
1 Tsp Salute Santé! White Truffle Grapeseed Oil
8 Spears Asparagus, sliced and lightly steamed
freshly chopped chives, parsley or cilantro
shredded Parmesean cheese, sliced mushroom
1. Beat eggs and milk in a medium bowl.
2. Heat Salute Santé! Grapeseed Oil in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
3. Add eggs once pan is hot.
4. Scramble until firm, but not hard.
5. Add grated Parmesan cheese, steamed asparagus and mushrooms before eggs are done.
6. Drizzle with White Truffle Oil.
7. Serve topped with chives or fresh parsley to taste.
