Overnight are great if you're someone that needs and easy grab and go breakfast. Make it before bed and it's ready by brekky. You can easily top it with any fruit you have on hand like strawberries, blueberries, figs, and banana.
Ingredients
1/2cuprolled oats
3/4cupalmond milk
1tbspchia seeds
1tbspalmond butter
1tspSalute Santé! Grapeseed Flour
1tsphoney
1/4tspcinnamon
1/2bananasliced
1figsliced
1tbspslivered almonds
Instructions
Add rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, almond butter, grapeseed flour, honey, and cinnamon to a mason jar and stir everything up.
Put the jar in the fridge with a lid on it and let it sit overnight.
In the morning, top the oats with fruit, nuts, and any other toppings you like.
