This is the perfect dressing to add a gingery zing to a simple rice bowl or salad, or to 'pour on the flavor' to grilled seafood or tofu! We love adding avocado, seaweed salad and cucumber for a crunch!
Ingredients
1/2cup Salute Santé! Grapeseed Oil
1Tbsp Salute Santé! Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
1/8cupsoy sauce
1/2cuprice vinegar
1tbspSweet ginger pureeWe love Perfect Puree but fresh ginger and honey will do!
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Shake all ingredients together in a dressing bottle until well combined.
Serve over rice bowl, salad or grilled seafood or tofu.
