A family favorite - we serve these along side grilled fish or meat and even fried schnitzel! Make sure to use yellow finn or Yukon gold potatoes which will give this dish its "buttery finish!
Ingredients
1 lb yellow potatoesyellow finn or butter as best
1/3cupfresh parsley, choppedleaves only
salt to taste
1tspbutteroptional
1 TbspSalute Santé! Grapeseed Oil
Instructions
Prepare potatoes. Cut any eyes or bruises away. Peel the skin.
Boil or steam in water until soft. Drain.
Add grapeseed oil to sauté pan. Heat on medium heat.
Add potatoes to hot oil - sauté to coat potatoes. Add butter if desired.
