Place the potatoes in a bowl and coat with grapeseed oil.
Lay potatoes on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Scatter rosemary sprigs over the potatoes.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes until the potatoes have a nice golden color and crispy edges and are tender when poked with a fork.
