Roasted Potato Wedges

Nothing better than roasted potatoes! Goes with virtually any meal, and the crispy golden finish is just what you hope for!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs yellow potatoes can substitute red
- 1 tbsp Salute Santé! Cold Pressed Grapeseed Oil can add Chili or Roasted Garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp fresh rosemary sprigs, separated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Cut the potatoes into long quarters/wedges.
- Place the potatoes in a bowl and coat with grapeseed oil.
- Lay potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Scatter rosemary sprigs over the potatoes.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes until the potatoes have a nice golden color and crispy edges and are tender when poked with a fork.
Notes
Serve as a side dish for meats, seafood, poultry or eggs.
