Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour (wheat or gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp Salute Santé! Chardonnay Grapeseed Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups Milk
  • 1 tbsp Salute Santé! Grapeseed Oil
  • Maple syrup
  • Fresh Fruit
  • Whipped Cream, to serve

Directions

  1. Blend all dry ingredients together
  2. Slowly add the wet ingredients and mix well
  3. Heat the skillet and oil lightly with grape seed oil
  4. Spoon batter into the hot skillet and cook over low heat slowly till well browned
  5. Serve with maple syrup, fresh fruit, and freshly whipped cream
