Over 32 years ago, when Salute Santé! Grapeseed Oil was just a dream, founders Valentin and Nanette Humer put together a “taste panel” to ensure that the highest quality standards were always met. The panel consisted of renowned chefs as Jean-Georges Vonrichten, Daniel Boulud, and the late Jean-Louis Palladin. They chose the oil that we still make today with the same family oil makers. Creating the highest quality product remains a top priority and in 2010 we began cold pressing the upcycled grape seeds, raising the bar for grapeseed oil production, producing the higest quality grapeseed oil.

Made From the Best Seeds on Earth!™ Salute Santé! Grapeseed Oil is produced for quality and not for quantity. Our oil has light nutty taste and the light green color of Salute Santé! Cold Pressed Grapeseed Oil reflects the levels of valuable chlorophyll present, which might change slightly from batch to batch depending on the production time of year. We do a gentle physical refining process, using natural clay and steam. This separates naturally occurring particles and natural waxes that are then removed.

Utilizing existing resources, our seeds are obtained after the wine crush so there is no new farmland, crop or water used.
