Banyuls Vinaigrette

Here is a simple vinaigrette recipe that elevates any salad! Over fresh garden greens, or fancy seafood this recipe will become a favorite! A Jean-Louis Palladin recipe, I finally discovered Banyuls vinegar and am so happy I did!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Salute Santé! Cold-Pressed Grapeseed Oil
  • 1/3 cup Salute Santé! Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Banyuls vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Whisk together grapeseed oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  2. Serve over salad greens
