Edible Flower Salad with Tarragon Vinaigrette

The bright orange and red flowers make for a gorgeous dinner table center piece. Great for bringing to a dinner party.

Ingredients

  • 1 head mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup nasturtium flowers
  • 1/4 cup pansies
  • 6 white bourbon mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup fresh tarragon leaves
  • 3/4 cup Salute Santé! Cold-Pressed Grapeseed Oil
  • 3 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Salute Santé! Champagne Vinegar
  • 1 tsp raw sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Wash all ingredients and dry
  2. Toss all greens together
  3. Arrange Flowers to create a beautiful look
  4. Dress individual servings on plates
  5. Whisk together the Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  6. Slowly add the Original Grapeseed Oil while whisking until thick.
  7. Add chopped tarragon leaves.
