Salute Santé! Cold Pressed Grapeseed Oil – COLD PRESSED = HEALTHY!!! Our oil is never exposed to high heat or solvents, making it the healthy choice!. To be called Cold Pressed, the oil cannot be exposed to temperatures any higher than in their natural environment in the vineyard. Our oil is nutritiously dense because we use our own technology that mechanically cold presses the oil, which we then physically refine with simple natural clay and steam resulting in our delicious and golden green colored oil that Salute Santé! is known for.
Commercially mass produced oils are extracted with solvents and refined with chemicals and high heat, which damages the oil structure and strips the oil of its nutrients. It took us over 10 years to develop our proprietary cold pressed method and now we are proudly producing in the leading wine countries of Italy, Portugal and Napa Valley.

I’m a longtime user of Salute Sante’s cold-pressed grapeseed oil. It’s my go-to oil for sauteeing when I need a light airy high-heat oil. Also, it’s cold-pressed and therefore chemical-free. The liter tins keep the oil fresh and fruity (and they’re recyclable, too!!).
