This chicken is extremely simple to prepare with just three ingredients. It tastes juicy, crispy, and delicious!



  • Preheat BBQ to 400°F.
  • Slice the chicken into strips.
  • Brush on the Grapeseed Oil to each chicken strip.
  • Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and fresh cracked peppercorns.
  • Place the strips on the hot grill for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Plate and serve over salad or as a main dish.


Can also be prepared with whole chicken breasts - just adjust the cooking time to 4 mins on each side, turning twice to accommodate the thickness of the chicken breast.
