  • 1 head mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup nasturtium flowers
  • 1/4 cup pansies
  • 6 white bourbon mushrooms

Tarragon Vinaigrette



  • Wash all ingredients and dry
  • Toss all greens together
  • Arrange Flowers to create a beautiful look
  • Dress individual servings on plates

Tarragon Vinaigrette

  • Whisk together the Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  • Slowly add the Original Grapeseed Oil while whisking until thick.
  • Add chopped tarragon leaves.
