Sautéed Shishito or Padrón Peppers

This seasonal dish is perfect as an appetizer or snack, and it's so simple to make! Most padrón and shishito peppers are mild, however some can be spicy when they get bigger.
- 1 lb shishito or padrón peppers
- 2 tbsp Salute Santé! Grapeseed Oil
- salt to taste
- Heat the Salute Santé! grapeseed oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Toss in the peppers – continue tossing in the pan until the pepper skin is parched, about 5 minutes until translucent.
- Add salt and serve.
