Edible Flower Salad with Tarragon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
Salad
- 1 head mixed greens
- 1/2 cup nasturtium flowers
- 1/4 cup pansies
- 6 white bourbon mushrooms
Tarragon Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup fresh tarragon leaves
- 3/4 cup Salute Santé! Original Grapeseed Oil
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Salute Santé! Champagne Vinegar
- 1 tsp raw sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
Salad
- Wash all ingredients and dry
- Toss all greens together
- Arrange Flowers to create a beautiful look
- Dress individual servings on plates
Tarragon Vinaigrette
- Whisk together the Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Slowly add the Original Grapeseed Oil while whisking until thick.
- Add chopped tarragon leaves.
