
Balsamic Vinaigrette

This balsamic vinaigrette is a house staple of ours and a favorite of all who taste it! It's so simple to make and only takes a few ingredients. Whip it together right before serving and save what you don't finish in the fridge for up to a week.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Salute Santé! Original Grapeseed Oil
- 1/3 cup Salute Santé! Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic minced, or
- 1 tbsp Salute Santé! Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
- sea salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Shake all ingredient together in a mason jar until combined.
- Serve over sliced avocado, fresh salad greens, or grains.
Notes
Salute Santé! Merlot Grapeseed Oil can be substituted for Original Grapeseed Oil for a fuller flavor profile.
Optional: Add sliced beets, chopped persimmon, walnuts, grains, and chevre cheese to salad. Keeps up to one week in refrigerator.
