|How We Make It||
Grapeseed flour is milled press cake from our cold pressed oil production. After pressing the seeds we are left with a press cake which contains all the valuable antioxidants & nutrients from the seeds which are the life force energy of the grape plant. The press cake is the defatted grape seeds which is loaded with insoluble fiber which is then milled into grapeseed flour.
Our grape seed flour is rich in antioxidants, high in calcium and potassium, high in insoluble dietary fiber, low in carbs and is naturally GLUTEN FREE, sodium free and high in ORAC value!
Store at room temperature (between 68-77 degrees Fahrenheit) in a dry and clean food grade condition. The flour does not need to be refrigerated. Store in an area away from direct sunlight
