Nothing better than roasted potatoes! Goes with virtually any meal, and the crispy golden finish is just what you hope for!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cut the potatoes into long quarters/wedges.
  • Place the potatoes in a bowl and coat with grapeseed oil.
  • Lay potatoes on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Scatter rosemary sprigs over the potatoes.
  • Bake for approximately 40 minutes until the potatoes have a nice golden color and crispy edges and are tender when poked with a fork.

Notes

Serve as a side dish for meats, seafood, poultry or eggs.
