Last week we popped into one of our favorite local restaurants for a quick bite. It felt dangerously good, like we were breaking the rules just by sitting inside. The place was packed with happy diners and even happier hospitality staff. Things are beginning to feel like normal and everyone is out to enjoy it. It’s nice to see patrons flocking back to new restaurants and trusty favorites alike as the industry rebounds.
Being in the food industry ourselves, we know what a win this is for restaurants everywhere. Things haven’t been so easy over the last 16 months.
